High Current Terminal Blocks

Phoenix Contact high current terminal blocks are available in PowerTurn, screw, and bolt connection technologies including the PTPOWER, UKH, OTTA, RSC, RBO, and HV series with conductor cross-sections from 0.5mm² to 300mm², nominal voltages up to 1500V IEC and 1000V UL, and current ratings up to 309A for industrial power distribution, photovoltaic systems, renewable energy, wind energy, automation equipment, and electric vehicle infrastructure applications.

High current terminal blocks are designed to safely terminate and distribute power in circuits carrying elevated current and energy levels. Phoenix Contact PTPOWER high current terminal blocks with patented PowerTurn spring connection technology allow conductors up to 185mm² to be connected quickly using a standard screwdriver and a single lever movement. Up to three high-quality spring steel pressure springs work in combination with the prismatic terminal body base to create a vibration-resistant conductor connection that is stable in the long term. PTPOWER models include the PTPOWER 35 at 125A, PTPOWER 50 at 150A, and PTPOWER 95 at 232A, all rated at 1000V nominal voltage and compatible with NS 35/15 DIN rail mounting.

Phoenix Contact UKH screw connection high current terminal blocks are available in 50mm², 70mm², 95mm², and 150mm² rated cross-sections supporting current ratings of 150A, 192A, 232A, and 309A respectively at 1000V nominal voltage. UKH models are compatible with NS 35/7.5, NS 35/15, NS 35/15-2.3, and NS 32 DIN rail profiles and are available in gray and blue color coding for circuit identification. High current terminal blocks with bolt connection are available in the OTTA compact design, RSC series for ring and fork-type cable lug connections, RBO compact bolt connection blocks from 0.5mm² to 300mm², and HV high current connectors for single and two-conductor bolt termination with M5 to M16 metric thread sizes meeting DIN 46234, DIN 46235, and DIN 46237 cable lug standards.

AGK pick-off terminals snap or screw onto high current terminal blocks to enable easy integration of load contacts for reduced conductor cross-sections, while integrated pick-off terminals with 10mm² cross-sections support feed-in and potential distribution using screw bridges. Both DIN rail snap-on mounting and direct panel mounting options are available across the high current terminal block range, supporting flexible integration into control panels and electrical enclosures.
