General Policy
These are RSP Supply's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased directly from RSP Supply.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting RSP Supply Customer Service by calling us at (801) 532-2706 - option 4 OR extension 1039 or emailing returns@rspsupply.com
Any return for a refund must be done within 30 days of purchase. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Below is a list of Manufacturers and their restocking fees.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error made by RSP Supply.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from RSPSupply.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. (All packaging must be the original packaging in new condition without markings or damage)
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If RSP Supply no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) RSP Supply can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) RSP Supply can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued except in cases of manufacturer restocking fee.

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (Non-electrical or Stock items) must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the date of delivery for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by RSP Supply, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

Restocking Fee: 30% + $89 inspection fee
Return Policy: All returns must have an RMA number issued by RSP Supply.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Only new, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return. Installed, used, damaged, modified, or custom items cannot be returned.
- When returning a product, remove all fittings and hoses and do not ship items in hard-sided cases. API is not responsible for any non-API products returned.
- Credit is issued only after inspection and is subject to a 30% restocking fee and a minimum $89 inspection charge per item.
