These are RSP Supply's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the RSPSupply.com website.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting RSP Supply Customer Service by calling us at 888-532-2706 or emailing orders@rspsupply.com
Any return for a refund must be done within 30 days of purchase. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Below is a list of Manufacturers and their restocking fees.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error made by RSP Supply.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from RSPSupply.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. (All packaging must be the original packaging in new condition without markings or damage)
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If RSP Supply no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) RSP Supply can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) RSP Supply can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued except in cases of manufacturer restocking fee.

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (Non-electrical or Stock items) must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the date of delivery for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by RSP Supply, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

Specific Return Policies by Product/Manufacturer
3M Products
No returns accepted under $800. All approved products must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Include the RMA# provided by RSP Supply and information regarding the reason for the return with the returned product. Only new and unused products in their original packaging and less than 6 months old may be returned for credit. Installed, used, damaged, modified, or customized products cannot be returned for credit.
Absolute Process Instruments (API) Products
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any canceled order that has shipped or for any product returned for credit. All approved products must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Include the RMA# provided by RSP Supply and information regarding the reason for the return with the returned product. Only new and unused products in their original packaging and less than 6 months old may be returned for credit. Installed, used, damaged, modified, or customized products cannot be returned for credit. API reserves the right to examine all returned products and determine the type and amount of credit to be issued.
Allied Moulded Products
Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Return material will not be accepted without prior written authorization from RSP Supply. Special order, obsolete, discontinued or any material over 12 months old will not be accepted for return.
Allied Moulded will consider for return: Standard catalog items only. Standard carton quantities in original carton. Materials of current design.
Allied Moulded will accept return of merchandise which is defective or was supplied in error, by Allied Moulded, for full credit.
Ameresco Solar Products
Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RMA from RSP Supply. Replacement or credit will only be issued after product is deemed defective and under warranty by manufacturer. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
APG Products
Returns and allowances must be authorized by RSP Supply in advance. If a return is authorized, RSP Supply will assign a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which must appear on all related papers and on the outside of the shipping carton. All returns are subject to final inspection and authorization by APG. Returns are subject to restocking charges of 25%.
ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED TO RSP SUPPLY MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Any product returned to RSP Supply that shows any evidence of hazardous material or potentially hazardous material, may be disposed of and no refund or credit shall be provided to Buyer for said returned product.
BB Battery Products
B.B. Battery is not responsible for batteries that fail due to improper charging or installation; A battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 60% of its original rated capacity during the warranty period of 12 months after shipment.
BSP Solar Products
Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RMA from RSP Supply. Replacement or credit will only be issued after product is deemed defective and under warranty by manufacturer. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Danfoss Products
25% restocking fee on some Danfoss products. All approved products must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item if the original item is no longer available. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by RSP Supply, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Dwyer Products
Items are returnable up to 30 days after delivery of purchased items. Cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Original "Free Shipping" will be deducted from a full product purchase return. Returns received in original conditional with all parts included are eligible for a full product refund after inspection. 25% restocking fee applies to all items returned after 30 days.
Eaton Products
25% restocking fee on some Eaton products. All approved products must be returned to RSP Supply
within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Items must be new and in original packaging.

GE MDS Products
35% restocking fee on some MDS products. All approved products must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Hirschmann Products
25% restocking fee on some Hirschmann products. All approved products must be returned to RSP Supply within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. AIR CONDITIONERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Return of Goods: No material will be returned to, or accepted by Stahlin® Enclosures or RSP Supply without written permission. Only current design stock products (availability codes; A, B) in resalable condition will be considered returnable. Goods may not be returned after ninety (90) days.
Tatung Products

Returns must be in original and undamaged packaging, otherwise a handling/box fee will apply. Transtector Products

Returns must be in original and undamaged packaging, otherwise a handling/box fee will apply. Items that have been opened/installed/used are not applicable for any return unless the item is defective under manufacturer warranty. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by RSP Supply, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
For Warranty Evaluations and Repairs, credits/refunds will NOT be issued until after the factory evaluation is completed.
Products repaired or replaced during the warranty period shall be covered by the foregoing warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from date of the repair or shipment of the replacement, whichever is longer.

RSP Supply does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through RSPSupply.com are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
