Shipping: FOB (Free On Board) shipping terms are shipping point on ALL shipments. Shipments that qualify for free ground will be paid for and arranged by RSP Supply. FOB shipping point terms designate ownership is transferred to the buyer once the product has left the shipping origin (point); at this point ownership and responsibility is transferred to the buyer. In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged in transit and the shipment is billed to RSP Supply's shipping account we will assist in arranging either a trace or claim. Shipments without insurance under FedEx and UPS's terms are only eligible for a claim amount (up to $100).

Additional services, such as signature deliveries, residential deliveries, insurance, or expedited shipping are additional charges not provided by RSP Supply. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the needs of their shipments. Shipments that result in a trace being performed by the carrier and do not have a signature delivery requested at the time of purchase are less likely to be found or recovered.

It is highly recommended that you request a signature delivery and insurance on packages of high value or that are time sensitive to avoid lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

FOB shipping terms outline responsibilities in a goods transaction. The seller covers delivery and loading costs onto the transport vehicle. After loading, risk shifts to the buyer, including transport expenses and potential damage when applicable. Both parties agree on the FOB point, specifying when responsibility transfers. This ensures clarity and minimizes disputes.
