Description
Dwyer MSXP-W11-PA Pro Magnesense® Differential Pressure Transmitter is a reliable and accurate device designed for a temperature range of -4 to 158°F (-20 to 70°C). It offers a ±.5% FSO accuracy for most ranges, with the exception of unidirectional .5 in. at ±1% FSO. The transmitter operates on 10-36 VDC (2-wire) or 17-36 VDC/isolated 21.6-33 VAC (3-wire) power requirements. It has an instantaneous response time or a selectable 3-second response time. The enclosure has a NEMA 4X (IP66) and UL 2043 (Plenum) rating, with a UL94 V-0 rating. The electrical connections are made through a 4-wire removable European style terminal block suitable for 16 to 26 AWG. The output signals can be 4-20 mA (2-wire) or selectable 0-10 V/0-5 V (3-wire). Zero and span adjustments are made digitally using push-buttons. The transmitter is suitable for air and non-combustible, compatible gases. It features a 4-digit LCD display and can be mounted in any orientation without affecting pressure sensor measurement. The wetted material is to be confirmed with the factory. The pressure limit is 3.6 psi max operation and 6 psi burst for ranges 0 and 1, and 6 psi max operation and 6 psi burst for ranges 2 and 3. The process connection options include 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5 mm, and 6 mm ID flexible tubing. The loop resistance can reach up to 1250 Ω max for current output or requires a minimum load resistance of 1 k Ω for voltage output. The transmitter has a stability of ±1% FSO/year and a maximum continuous current consumption of 21 mA. It has a 1/2" NPS thread electrical entry and comes with a cable gland.
