Dwyer 3400-AL-23-NM-2 is a Smart Pressure Transmitter that operates in a wide temperature range of -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) for ambient conditions and -40 to 400°F (-40 to 204°C) for process conditions. It offers an accuracy of ±0.075% FS (@ 20°C) and requires a power supply of 10 to 55 VDC. The transmitter has a fast response time of 16 to 480 ms (programmable) and is enclosed in a NEMA 4X IP66/IP67 rated casing for protection. It features electrical connections including a packing gland M20x1.5, two 1/2" female NPT conduits, and screw terminals. The output signal is 4 to 20 mA. It is compatible with gases, steam, liquids, or vapors and has a wetted material made of 316L SS. The process connection is available in 1/2" female or male NPT. It is suitable for hazardous locations and has a thermal effect of <±0.05% span/10°C. The stability is ≤0.075% FSO/3 years, and the transmitter offers adjustable damping time of 0 to 60 seconds. With a rangeability of up to 100:1 turn down, it has a highly reliable MTBF of 126 years and a MTFF of MTBF minus 8 hours.
