Dwyer 3200G-2-FM-1-1-LCD is an explosion-proof pressure transmitter suitable for use in hazardous locations. It has a temperature range of -40 to 248°F (-40 to 120°C) for process and -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) for ambient (or -22 to 176°F (-30 to 80°C) with LCD). With an accuracy of ±0.075% FS (@ 20°C), it requires a power supply of 11.9 to 45 VDC. The transmitter offers a fast response time of 0.12 seconds and features electrical connections via two 1/2" female NPT conduit screw terminals. It provides a 4 to 20 mA / HART® Communication output signal and is compatible with gases, steam, liquids, or vapors. The optional 5-digit LCD display enhances convenience. The wetted material is made of 316L SS and the process connection is 1/2" female NPT. The transmitter has an enclosure rating of NEMA 4X (IP66) and is explosion-proof for Class I, Div I Groups A, B, C, and D. With a thermal effect of ±0.125% span/32°C, it offers excellent stability, minimal loop resistance, and a wide rangeability of 100:1 turn down. The unit also features a damping time of 0.25 to 60 seconds and a low thermal drift of ±0.125% FSO/yr.
