Dwyer 3100MP-2-FM-1-1-LCD is an explosion-proof multiplanar differential pressure transmitter designed for hazardous locations. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to 248°F (-40 to 120°C) for process and -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) for ambient conditions. The transmitter has an accuracy of ±0.075% FS (@ 20°C) and a response time of 0.12s. It requires a power supply of 11.9 to 45 VDC and has a 4 to 20 mA /HART® communication output signal. The enclosure is rated NEMA 4X (IP66) and is explosion-proof for Class I, Div I, Groups A, B, C, and D. It has two 1/2" female NPT conduit electrical connections and is compatible with gases, steam, liquids, and vapors. The transmitter can optionally include a 5-digit LCD display. It is made from 316L SS wetted material and has a pressure limit of -14.5 to 2000 psi. The burst pressure is 10000 psi and it has a 1/4" female NPT process connection. The thermal effect is ±0.125% span/32°C, the loop resistance ranges from 0 to 1500 Ω for operation and 250 to 500 Ω for HART® Communication. It has a stability of ±0.125% FSO/yr, a damping time of 0.25 to 60s, and a rangeability of 100:1 turn down.
