Dwyer 3100D-4-FM-1-1-LCD is an explosion-proof differential pressure transmitter designed for hazardous locations. It has a wide temperature range, accurate measurement with ±0.075% FS accuracy, fast response time of 0.12 seconds, and a durable NEMA 4X (IP66) enclosure. It operates on 11.9 to 45 VDC power and offers a 4 to 20 mA/HART® output signal. The optional LCD display provides easy monitoring. It is suitable for use with gases, steam, liquids, or vapors. The transmitter features a 316L SS and fluoroelastomer wetted material and can withstand a maximum pressure of -14.5 to 2000 psi. It has a compact size with a 1/4" female NPT process connection and two 1/2" female NPT conduit electrical connections. The Dwyer 3100D-4-FM-1-1-LCD has a thermal effect of ±0.125% span/32°C, loop resistance of 0 to 1500 Ohm, stability of ±0.125% FSO/yr, damping time of 0.25-60 seconds, and a rangeability of 100:1 turn down.
