Nidec H20P2D - General Purpose Three Phase, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) HOSTILE DUTY® NEMA® Premium Efficient motor is designed for harsh environments such as pulp and paper plants, saw mills, mines, foundries, chemical plants, and waste management facilities. It features Class F insulation with a Class B temperature rise at full load on 60 Hz sine wave power. The motor's robust construction includes a cast iron frame and end brackets, stainless steel nameplate, and zinc-plated hardware. It provides IP54 protection with a shaft slinger on the pulley end and operates at dual voltage (230/460 volts). Additional features include regreasable ball bearings for frames 250 and up, double-shielded bearings for frames 140-360, a 1.15 service factor at 60 Hz, a steel fan cover and conduit box, and field convertibility to F2 mounting for frames 180 and larger. The motor also includes condensation drains with plastic plugs and offers various conversion kits for enhanced adaptability and durability.
