Ilsco IPC-500-500 - The KUP-L-Tap Insulation Piercing Copper Connector is a dual-rated connector suitable for main conductor ranges 500-300 and tap ranges 500-250. It is made of copper with tin plating, UL and CSA listed, and has a temperature rating of 90°C. The connector is suitable for use with stranded aluminum conductors, rated for 600V with an amperage rating of 430A for copper and 350A for aluminum. The connector features a black nylon insulation and a mechanical connection with an external hex drive type for easy installation. Suitable for parallel wire orientation, it has a clamping bolt size of 1/2-13 and is made of alloy steel with a tin finish. Number of ports is 1 with 1 wire binding screw per port.
