Dwyer BTLR325101 is a bimetal thermometer designed for temperature measurement in various applications. The thermometer has a temperature range of 200°F (93°C) for the head and a stem with a maximum limit of 50% over-range or 1000°F (538°C) continuously or 800°F (427°C) continuously. It provides an accuracy of ±1% full scale and has a response time of ≤40 s. The wetted material is 304 SS and the process connection is 1/4" NPT on a 2" dial size or 1/2" NPT on 3" or 5" dial size. The thermometer features a glass lens, a minimum 2" immersion depth in liquids, and 4" in gas. The stem diameter is 1/4" O.D.
