Description
Dwyer DDB61 is a non-spring return direct coupled actuator suitable for temperatures ranging from -22 to 122°F (-30 to 50°C). It has ±5% accuracy, and can be powered by 110 VAC or 24 VAC, with an optional 230 VAC. The housing is made of NEMA 2 (IP42) enclosure material, with electrical connections through a terminal block. It has a power consumption of 5.5 VA for DDB and 7.5 VA for DDD. Standard accessories include imitative baffles, baffle setscrews, and a setting bracket. It fits shaft diameters of 0.4-0.75" (10-20 mm), and has overload protection through a magnetic clutch. The angle of rotation is mechanically adjustable to 95°. The running time varies depending on the in-lb with 88 in-lb taking 66 sec, 132 in-lb taking 90 sec, 177 in-lb taking 110 sec, and 265 in-lb taking 143 sec. It has a position indication through a visual indicator, and can be rotated in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. It has manual override functionality through a push button, and can be controlled with two-position or floating inputs for DDB and with 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC for DDD. Its life expectancy is 60000 full cycles, and produces sound levels below 45 dB.
