Dwyer LLC-228 is a Conductivity Controller that operates in temperatures from -40 to 150°F (-40 to 65°C), with probes capable of withstanding temperatures up to 406°F (207°C). It has an accuracy of ±0.25% FS and can be powered by 120 VAC or 240 VAC. The controller can be mounted using either an 8 pin octal or DIN mount, while the probes have a 3/8" Male NPT for mounting. Suitable for use with electrically conductive fluids, the wetted materials include 316 stainless steel and PTFE. The pressure limit for the probes is 400 psig (27 bar). It has an electrical rating of 10 Amps resistive, 1/3 hp @ 120/240 VAC and uses an SPDT switch type that can be either N.O. or N.C. The probe length is 72 inches (1.82 m) and the electrodes have a diameter of 1/4" (6.3 mm) and are made of 316 SS. The controller sensitivity options are 10K Ω or 26K Ω.
