Dwyer 4G-33-00 is an 8g, 4g Temperature/Process Loop Controller that operates at a temperature range of 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C), with an accuracy of ±1.8°F plus ±0.3% of span (±1°C plus ±0.3% of span) at 77°F (25°C) after a 20-minute warm-up. It has a power requirement of 100 to 240 VAC -20/+8%, 50/60 Hz and can also be powered by an optional 24 VDC. This controller features a process value display and a set point value display, both with a 4 digit, 0.47" H (12mm) LCD. It accepts different inputs such as thermocouples, RTDs, DC voltages, and DC currents. It has nonvolatile memory and is rated IP66 on the front panel. It supports RS-485 Modbus® ASCII/RTU communication and offers various control outputs including relay, voltage pulse, current, and linear voltage. The relay has a rating of 3A @ 250 VAC resistive, while the voltage pulse provides a maximum of 12V (40 mA), the current output ranges from 4 to 20 mA, and the linear voltage output ranges from 0 to 10V.
