Description
Dwyer 16G-63-31 is a 8g, 4g Temperature/Process Loop Controller with a temperature range of 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C) and an accuracy of ± 1.8°F plus ±0.3% of span (±1°C plus ±0.3% of span) at 77°F (25°C) after 20 minutes warm up. It operates on 100 to 240 VAC power or optional 24 VDC and has a storage temperature range of -42 to 150°F (-20 to 65°C). The controller features a 4 digit, 0.47" H (12mm) orange LCD for process value display and a 4 digit, 0.47" H (12mm) green LCD for set point value display. It accepts thermocouple, RTD, DC voltages or DC current inputs and has nonvolatile memory. The front panel is rated IP66 for protection and communication is enabled through RS-485 Modbus® ASCII/RTU. Control output options include relay (SPST, 5 A @ 250 VAC resistive), voltage pulse (12V max, 40 mA), current (4 to 20 mA), and linear voltage (0 to 10 V), with a relay rating of 3 A @ 250 VAC resistive.
