Dwyer 126-010 ULTRA-MAG™ EXPLOSION-PROOF LEVEL SWITCH is a versatile and reliable device suitable for various applications. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) and has a high temperature option of -40 to 350°F (-40 to 176°C). The switch is available in general purpose or weatherproof and explosion-proof enclosures. With 18 gauge solid core electrical connections, it ensures durability and safety. It is compatible with powder or bulk solids and allows for flange mount or suspend mounting orientations. The wetted materials include aluminum or 304 SS for the mounting flange, and various diaphragm materials such as urethane, Buna-N, PTFE, silicone rubber, polyester, fluoroelastomer, white Buna-N (food grade), or EPDM, depending on the model. It has a pressure limit of 60 psig (4.14 bar) and a standard 8-3/8" (212.725 mm) diameter bolt hole circle for flanged models. The set point adjustment is done internally with an easy-to-use screw. The switch has a 1/2" female NPT conduit connection and additional options such as suspension kits and flange adaptor rings are available.
