Dwyer DDA23 is a non-spring return direct coupled actuator designed for temperature ranges of -22 to 122°F (-30 to 50°C). It operates on 110 VAC, 24 VAC, ±10%, 50/60 Hz, single phase power. The housing is constructed of NEMA 2 (IP40) enclosure material. It has a terminal block electrical connection and a power consumption of 5 VA for 110 VAC models and 3 VA for 24 VAC models. It comes with standard accessories such as imitative baffles, baffle setscrews, actuator body setscrews, and an aluminum gasket. It fits shaft diameters of 0.4" (10 mm) or 0.5" (13 mm) and features overload protection with a magnetic clutch. The angle of rotation is mechanically adjustable up to 95° and the running time varies depending on the torque. It has visual position indication, clockwise/counterclockwise direction of rotation, and a push button manual override. The control input options are two-position floating for DDA models and 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC for DDC models. The life expectancy is 60000 full cycles and it produces sound levels below 45 dB.
