Littelfuse TSD1321 is an encapsulated solid-state relay with a steady state output load rating of 1A and 10A inrush at 60°C. It features 0.25-inch male quick connect terminals for easy termination. The input tolerance is approximately ±20% and it has a humidity rating of 95% relative non-condensing. With a repeat accuracy of ±0.1% or 20ms, whichever is greater, it provides reliable performance. It has ≥100 insulation resistance and a setpoint vs ambient temperature and operating voltage tolerance of ≤±1%. The circuitry is encapsulated for added protection. Its time delay tolerance is ≤±1% and it has a dielectric breakdown of ≥2000V terminals to mounting surface. The output voltage drop is approximately 2.5V @ 1A, and the recycle time is ≤150ms. The open state leakage current is approximately 5A at 230V AC. The polarity of DC units is reverse polarity protected. It has a minimum output holding current of ≤40mA.
