Littelfuse TSD1311.2S is an encapsulated thermal cutoff device with a 1A steady state output load rating and 10A inrush capability at 60°C. It features 0.25-inch male quick connect terminals and a ±20% input tolerance. The device operates reliably in up to 95% relative non-condensing humidity. It offers a repeat accuracy of ±0.1% or 20ms with insulation resistance of ≥100. The setpoint vs ambient temperature and operating voltage is within ≤±1%. It has a time delay tolerance of ≤±1% and dielectric breakdown of ≥2000V between terminals and mounting surface. With an approximate output voltage drop of 2.5V at 1A and a recycle time of ≤150ms, the device also minimizes open state leakage current at≅ 5A at 230V AC. It provides protection against reverse polarity for DC units, and its minimum output holding current is ≤40mA.
