They come in a roll form with an overall width of 4 in (101.6 mm) and an overall length of 150 ft (45.72 m). The pads feature a plain back attachment type and are made from silicon carbide abrasive material with a micron grade of 15.00 μm. Suitable for use on ceramic, glass, high-hardness metal, metal, plastic, and silicon carbide substrates, these pads excel in the de-nub/epoxy removal and cut angle polishing processes (Step 1 and Step 1b).
