Nidec WD34C2JCR - Introducing the Footless Painted Washdown Single Phase motors, designed for sanitary and easily cleaned applications in food processing, canning, meat packing, bakery, dairy, drug, and cosmetic manufacturing industries. These motors feature a totally enclosed, C-face design for optimal protection and cleanliness. With Class F insulation and BISSC® certification, they meet industry standards for hygiene and sanitation. The motors are painted with USDA® approved non-toxic white epoxy paint, ensuring compliance with food industry regulations. They are equipped with a V-ring rotating lip seal on the shaft end, reversible rotation, and double contact sealed ball bearings for reliable performance. Internal corrosion protection on the rotor, stator, winding, and frame ensures durability and longevity. The motors feature a moisture-resistant gasketed conduit box with NPT lead holes and multiple stainless steel T-type drains for efficient moisture management. They have a 303 stainless steel shaft and are designed with a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) configuration, except where noted. Yoke mount fan motors include an automatic reset thermal overload protector for added safety.
