SCADAPack™ PLC programming software provides the tools required to develop, configure, and maintain logic for SCADAPack Smart RTUs used in industrial SCADA systems. Available in multiple-seat license options, this software supports individual engineers as well as multi-user teams responsible for designing and maintaining distributed control and monitoring systems across remote sites.
Telepace Studio is used to develop, debug, and download ladder logic code to SCADAPack Smart RTUs. It supports both online and offline development and allows local or remote access to processes using intranet and internet technologies. Integrated diagnostic and configuration tools, including a firmware loader and SCADA-specific functions, enable efficient development of digital and analog sequences, data logging, PID process control, flow calculations, and communications.
Additional software options include the RealFlo™ Flow Computer and the SCADAPack IEC 61131-3 Workbench and Utilities. The RealFlo Flow Computer supports accurate gas and liquid flow measurement for applications such as production optimization, allocation measurement, and well pad control, with reporting over Modbus, Enron Modbus, and DNP3. The IEC 61131-3 Workbench, based on the Visual Studio framework, supports graphical drag-and-drop programming using Ladder Diagram (LD), Functional Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text (ST), providing flexibility for modern SCADA logic development.
