Features
The QIRF2 refrigerant detector is designed to meet the ASHRAE 15 and Canadian B52 requirement for refrigerant detection
The QIRF2 uses a heated infrared sensor which allows use in environments between -45 °C to 50 °C (-49 °F to 122 °F)
Standard features include three configurable SPDT relays, buzzer, NEMA 4X enclosure, dedicated horn / strobe output terminals and 4 mA to 20 mA analog output
The QIRF2 also has the flexibility to change the target refrigerant in the field through the menu
The QIRF2 can be used as a stand-alone sensor or can be used with the Q4C II or M-Controller2, BACnet MSTP or Modbus RTU to a BAS
20.9 % Oxygen must be used for Zero gas for calibration
Do not use 100 % Nitrogen for calibration
ACI also offers a full line of horns and strobes that can be used with the Gas detectors or building management system to alert building occupants of an alarm condition
