Phoenix Contact 2708287 A FO converter unit is available that combines a Fiber Optic (FO) conversion function with an integrated optical diagnostic tool and alarm contact. It supports data transfer rates of up to 12 Mbps on PROFIBUS networks. The unit also features a T-coupler component, which contains two FO interfaces utilizing the FSMA technology at a wavelength of 660 nm, designed for use with polymer or PCF fiber cables.
