Dwyer PE-O-2 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a reliable and accurate solution for measuring flow in clean air and compatible gases or gases and liquids. With a temperature range of -40 to 200°F (-40 to 93.3°C), it offers a maximum temperature of 140°F (60°C) for PE. The flow accuracy is ±0.6% full scale, and ±0.7% for Beta greater than .6. It is made of monolithic construction with gray PVC for PE or white PTPE for TE, along with Buna-N gaskets. The maximum pressure limit is 150 psi (10 bar), and it features a 1/4" female NPT process connection and a 1/2" to 24" line size. The installation requires a standard flange 125#/150# rating, and the head loss is determined by the Beta ratio². It should be installed according to the general requirements of 10 diameter upstream and 5 diameter downstream of the pipe.
