Description
Dwyer TCS-4021 is a thermocouple temperature switch designed for accurate temperature control in a range of environments. It has a temperature range of 32 to 158°F (0 to 70°C) for ambient temperature and -4 to 176°F (-20 to 80°C) for storage. With ±1% FS accuracy and a 1° resolution, it offers precise temperature monitoring. The switch has a variety of power requirements, including 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 12 VAC/VDC, or 24 VAC/VDC depending on the model. The output is a SPDT relay rated 16 A @ 240 VAC resistive, and the device features a 3-digit red display with nonvolatile memory. The front panel of the switch has an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water. It can be used with Type J or K thermocouples and has a probe range of 32 to 999°F (0 to 700°C) for Type J thermocouples and 32 to 999°F (0 to 999°C) for Type K or S thermocouples. The control type is ON/OFF, and the switch has a horsepower rating (HP) of 1 HP.
