Dwyer 1824-10 is a low differential pressure switch designed for general industrial use. It operates in temperatures ranging from -30 to 180°F (-34 to 82.2°C) and has 3 screw type electrical connections for common, normally open, and normally closed configurations. This switch is suitable for air and non-combustible, compatible gases and can be mounted with the diaphragm in a vertical position. It has a pressure limit of 10 psig (68.95 kPa) continuous and 25 psig (172.4 kPa) surge. The process connection is 1/8" female NPT and the repeatability is ±2%. The switch is single-pole double-throw (SPDT) and has an electrical rating of 15 A @ 120-480 VAC, 60 Hz. It can handle resistive loads of 1/8 HP @ 125 VAC, 1/4 HP @ 250 VAC, 60 Hz but should be de-rated to 10 A for operation at high cycle rates. The set point adjustment is a screw type inside mounting spud. Consult the factory for wetted material options.
