Littelfuse THD7421A is a compact and reliable digital time delay relay. It features a steady state output load rating of 6A, with an impressive 60A inrush capability. Designed with 0.25-inch male quick connect terminals for easy installation, it operates with an input AC line frequency of 50/60Hz and has ±20% input tolerance. With a humidity resistance of 95% non-condensing, it offers excellent insulation resistance of ≥100 and a repeat accuracy of ±0.5% or 20 ms, whichever is greater. The encapsulated circuitry ensures durability, while the time delay tolerance of ≤±10% makes it highly precise. It provides a reliable dielectric breakdown of ≥2000V between terminals and mounting surface, with an output voltage drop of ≤3V. The digital time delay type and recycle time of ≤150 ms (after timing) and ≤350 ms (during timing) make it ideal for various applications. The minimum output load current is 100A.
