Littelfuse MSM10.5W6 is an encapsulated analog time delay circuit, suitable for DC applications. It has an output load rating of 0.5 A steady state @ 25°C and 0.25 A steady state @ 60°C. It operates within a ±10% input tolerance and offers a ±5% repeat accuracy. The unit provides excellent insulation resistance of ≥100 and has a dielectric breakdown of ≥2000V terminals to mounting surface. The output voltage drop is approximately 2.5V @ 0.5 A. With a time delay tolerance of ±15%, the device has a fast recycle time of ≤75 ms. It is reverse polarity protected for DC units and requires a minimum output holding current of 40mA.
