Littelfuse ESDR420B4 is an encapsulated solid-state relay with a 1 A steady state output load rating (10 A inrush @ 45°C) and 0.25 in. male quick connect terminals. It operates at an input AC line frequency of 50/60 Hz with a tolerance of ±20%. With a humidity resistance of 95% relative non-condensing, it offers repeat accuracy of ±0.1% or 20 ms (whichever is greater) and insulation resistance of ≥100. The setpoint vs ambient temperature and operating voltage maintain ≤±2% accuracy. It has a power consumption of ≤2 VA and time delay tolerance of ≤±5%. With a reset time of ≤150 ms, it has a dielectric breakdown of ≥2000V terminals to mounting surface. It offers an output voltage drop of 2.5V at 1 A and a long electrical life of 1 x 10⁶ operations and mechanical life of 1 x 10⁷ operations. The open state leakage current is 2.5A at 230V AC.
