The 3M Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP420NS is a black, flowable liquid epoxy adhesive in a 400 mL cartridge. It is ideal for bonding, sealing, and potting in various industries including construction, electronics, and woodworking. With a shear strength of 4500 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 350 ℉, it offers strong and durable bonds. Its mix ratio is 2:1 and it has a work time of 15-30 minutes. It has an open time of 20 minutes and a full cure time of 24 hours at 72 °F. This adhesive provides excellent impact and shock absorption and has a noise vibration and harshness control feature. It has a UL94 HB flame retardant rating and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
