Description
7000044804 - Lapping & Polishing Pads in the 461X series (Product Series) are designed for use in the first steps of the polishing process. The pads, with an overall width of 8.5 in (215.9 mm) and an overall length of 11 in (279.4 mm), are made of Silicon Carbide (Abrasive Material) with a 30 μm (Micron Grade). They are suitable for polishing Ceramic, Glass, High-hardness Metal, Metal, Plastic, and Silicon Carbide (Substrate) materials. The pads have a plain back (Attachment Type) and are commonly used for Ceramic Fiber Optic Connectors, Fiber Optic Connectors, and Optical (Product Usage) applications.
