7000044802 - Lapping & Polishing Pads (3M266X) are aluminum oxide abrasive sheets with dimensions of 8.5" x 11" (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm). They have a micron grade of 30 μm and are suitable for optical applications. These pads have a PSA back attachment type and can be used on ceramic, glass, high-hardness metal, metal, plastic, and silicon carbide substrates.
