Description
3M Motor Lead Splice (Catalog Number 5382) is designed for cable connections in medium voltage applications. It can accommodate conductor sizes ranging from 250 kcmil to 500 kcmil, with a voltage range of 5 kV to 8 kV. The splice type can be either pigtail or V-stub. It is suitable for use with various cable types, including concentric neutral (CN) and jacketed concentric neutral (JCN). The maximum operating voltage is 8 kV, and it can be used with aluminum or copper conductors. The insulation outside diameter range is 10.9 - 16.5 mm (0.43-0.65 in). It does not include a connector and the typical splice length is 838 mm (33 in). - 7000133144
