Description
3MMotor Lead Splices (Catalog Number: 5331) are designed for inline connections in 5 kV - 8 kV systems. They can be used with shielded or non-shielded cables and have a maximum operating voltage of 8 kV. The splices accommodate a range of feeder cable sizes (8-4 AWG) and have a maximum motor lead size of 4 AWG. The insulation outside diameter ranges from 10-6 AWG: 0.30-0.46 in / 6-4 AWG: 0.37-0.51 in or 10-6 AWG: 7.6-11.7 mm / 6-4 AWG: 9.4-13.0 mm (metric). The maximum bolt length is 3/4 in or 19.1 mm (metric). The splice cover has an inner diameter of 10-6 AWG: 0.24 in / 6-4 AWG: 0.30 in or 10-6 AWG: 6.1 mm / 6-4 AWG: 7.6 mm (metric), and a length of 10-11 in or 254.0-279.4 mm (metric). - 7000006045
