3M 7100313611 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape (Product Number 5113SFT-50) is a polyolefin adhesive tape with a gray color. It is designed for various applications, such as camera modules, display chip on flex, display wraps, EMI shields, and sensors. The tape has a total thickness of 0.05 mm (2 mil) without the liner and is backed by a woven fabric carrier material. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 121 ℃ (-40 ℉ to 250 ℉) and has a shelf life of 48 months. The tape provides strong adhesion with an adhesion strength of 1500 gf/in. It has a PET liner material and exhibits electrical resistance values of 0.01 Ω in the XY-axis and 0.03 Ω in the Z-axis.
