3M 7100313602 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes, 5113DFT-50, are used for bonding in applications such as bond line gaps, chassis, EMI gaskets, EMI shields, flexible printed circuits, printed circuit boards, and sensors. The tape has an overall width of 19.685 in (500 mm), an overall length of 32.808 yd (30 m), and a total tape thickness without liner of 0.05 mm (2 mil). It is gray in color and the adhesive type is polyolefin. The backing material is woven fabric and the liner material is PET. The tape has a maximum operating temperature of 121 ℃ (250 ℉) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℃ (-40 ℉). The electrical resistance of the tape is XY-axis 0.01 Ω and Z-axis 0.03 Ω. The tape has a shelf life of 48 months. The adhesion strength is 1500 gf/in.
