Description
3M 7100313600 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes (CAT) are designed for bonding line gaps, chassis, EMI gaskets, EMI shields, flexible printed circuits, printed circuit boards, and sensors. The tape has an overall width of 0.984 in (25 mm) and an overall length of 10.936 yd (10 m). It is gray in color and has a polyolefin adhesive type. The total tape thickness without the liner is 0.05 mm (2 mil). The backing material is woven fabric and the liner material is PET. The tape has a maximum operating temperature of 121 ℃ (250 ℉) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℃ (-40 ℉). It has a shelf life of 48 months. The adhesive strength is 1500 gf/in and the electrical resistance is XY-axis 0.01 Ω, Z-axis 0.03 Ω.
