3M 7100313598 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape, catalog number 5113DFT-50, is a gray colored tape with an overall width of 8.268 in (210 mm) and an overall length of 10.936 yd (10 m). It is designed for bonding line gaps, chassis, EMI gaskets, EMI shields, flexible printed circuits, printed circuit boards, and sensors. The tape has a total thickness of 2 mil (0.05 mm) without liner and uses a polyolefin adhesive. It has a maximum operating temperature of 250 ℉ (121 ℃) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℉ (-40 ℃). The tape's backing material is woven fabric with a PET liner. It has a shelf life of 48 months and offers adhesion strength of 1500 gf/in. The electrical resistance of the tape is XY-axis 0.01 Ω and Z-axis 0.03 Ω.
