3M 7100313592 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes with 3M Catalog Number 5113SFT-50 are gray adhesive tapes used for various applications including camera modules, display chip on flex, display wraps, EMI shields, and sensors. With a total tape thickness of 0.05 mm (2 mil) and a woven fabric backing material, it offers excellent adhesion strength of 1500 gf/in. The tape has a maximum operating temperature of 121 ℃ (250 ℉) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℃ (-40 ℉). Its electrical resistance is 0.01 Ω (XY-axis) and 0.03 Ω (Z-axis). The product has a shelf life of 48 months.
