Description
3M 7100313412 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes are black acrylic adhesive tapes designed for various applications such as camera modules, display chip on flex, EMI shields, and more. The tapes have an overall width of 3.937 in (100 mm) and an overall length of 10.936 yd (10 m). The copper foil backing material provides good electrical conductivity. The tapes have a total thickness of 0.045 mm (1.8 mil) without the liner and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 121 ℃ (-40 ℉ to 250 ℉). They offer a strong adhesion strength of 1300 gf/in and have a shelf life of 12 months. The liner is made of PET material, and the electrical resistance is 0.05 Ω in the XY-axis.
