3M 7100313409 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape (CAT) 1050TC-25 is a gold-colored product designed for various applications such as camera modules, display chip on flex, EMI shields, and more. The tape has an overall width of 3.937 in (100 mm), overall length of 10.936 yd (10 m), and a total tape thickness without liner of 0.023 mm (0.906 mil). It is made of acrylic adhesive with a copper foil backing material. The CAT has a maximum operating temperature of 121 ℃ (250 ℉) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℃ (-40 ℉). With a shelf life of 12 months, it provides strong adhesion strength of 1200 gf/in and has an electrical resistance of XY-axis 0.015 Ω. The liner is made of PET material.
