3M 7100313408 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes (Catalog Number: 1020BC-25) are black acrylic adhesive tapes with a copper foil backing material. They are designed for various applications such as camera modules, display chip on flex, display wraps, EMI shields, printed circuit boards, and sensors. The tape has a total thickness without liner of 0.025 mm (0.984 mil) and an overall width of 19.685 in (500 mm). The overall length is 32.808 yd (30 m). It has a maximum operating temperature of 121℃ (250℉) and a minimum operating temperature of -40℃ (-40℉). The tape has a shelf life of 12 months and provides an adhesion strength of 1300 gf/in. The liner material is PET. The electrical resistance of the tape is XY-axis 0.015 Ω and Z-axis 0.1 Ω.
