3M 7100313406 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes (Product Number: 1020BC-25) are black acrylic adhesive tapes with a copper foil backing. They have an overall width of 3.937 in (100 mm) and an overall length of 10.936 yd (10 m). The tapes are suitable for various applications such as camera modules, display chip on flex, display wraps, EMI shields, printed circuit boards, and sensors. With a total tape thickness of 0.025 mm (0.984 mil) without liner, they provide excellent adhesion strength of 1300 gf/in and have a shelf life of 12 months. The tapes have a maximum operating temperature of 121 ℃ (250 ℉) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℃ (-40 ℉). The liner material is PET and the electrical resistance is XY-axis 0.015 Ω, Z-axis 0.1 Ω.
