Dwyer PE-B-1 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a reliable and accurate flow measurement solution. It can handle a maximum temperature of 140°F (60°C) for PE and -40 to 200°F (-40 to 93.3°C) for TE. With an accuracy of ±0.6% full scale flow and ±0.7% for Beta greater than .6, it ensures precise measurements. This flowmeter is suitable for clean air, compatible gases, and liquids. Constructed with monolithic PVC/PTPE and Buna-N gaskets, it can withstand pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar). The 1/4" female NPT process connection allows easy installation for line sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24", using standard flange 125#/150# rating. It ensures minimal head loss, with a formula for calculating it. Pipe requirements include 10 diameter upstream and 5 diameter downstream.
