3M Tubing & Molded Parts (Catalog Number: FP1.000BK48"L) is a flexible polyolefin tubing with a maximum operating temperature of 135 ℃ (275 ℉). It is 48 inches (1220 mm) long with an inner diameter before shrink of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and after shrink of 0.5 inch (12.7 mm). This single-wall heat shrink tubing has a shrink ratio of 2:1 and is flame retardant. It is suitable for various applications in access networks, long-haul/metro loop networks, and wireless networks. The product is CSA and UL recognized, with a flammability rating of UL 224. It has a tensile strength of 2400 pound-force per square inch and meets the requirements of Mil Spec AMS-DTL-23053/5, Class 1. The operating temperature range is -55 °C to +135 °C (-67 °F to 275 °F), and it is non-corrosive. The product is available in 48 inch (1.22 m) sticks. It has UL approval and can withstand a bug temperature of 257 °F and a bug voltage of 600 volts. The size is 25.4 mil (metric), and it meets the SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 class 1 specifications. - 7100034436
