3M 7100315005 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape (Catalog Number 5113SFT-50) is a gray adhesive tape with a total thickness of 2 mil (0.05 mm). It is designed for use in camera modules, display chip on flex, display wraps, EMI shields, and sensors. The tape is made of woven fabric and has a maximum operating temperature of 250 ℉ (121 ℃) and a minimum operating temperature of -40 ℉ (-40 ℃). It has a shelf life of 48 months. The adhesive is a polyolefin type and the liner material is PET. The tape has an overall width of 4.134 inches (105 mm) and an overall length of 10.936 yards (10 m). It offers an adhesive strength of 1500 gf/in and has electrical resistance of 0.01 Ω in the XY-axis and 0.03 Ω in the Z-axis.
