3M 7100313618 - Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes (CAT) are designed for various applications including chassis, EMI gaskets, EMI shields, flexible printed circuits, and sensors. The tape features a gold color, acrylic adhesive, and a copper foil backing. It has a total tape thickness of 0.05 mm (2 mil) without liner, and measures 19.685 inches (500 mm) in width and 32.808 yards (30 m) in length. The maximum operating temperature is 121 ℃ (250 ℉), while the minimum operating temperature is -40 ℃ (-40 ℉). The CAT has a shelf life of 12 months and provides an adhesion strength of 1000 gf/in. The liner material is PET, and the electrical resistance for the XY-axis is 0.015 Ω.
