Description
ABB THQB2150ST1 Q line circuit breakers are one-inch wide per pole, compact, thermal-magnetic devices designed for residential and commercial applications. The QB breakers are bolt-on versions of the Q Line used for bolting to the bus connections of load centers and lighting panels. All Q Line circuit breakers feature Quick-make / Quick-break mechanisms, common trip bars, and easy to spot trip indication to ensure safety and reliability. Q Line breakers are available in 1, 2, and 3 pole versions, can be ordered with auxiliary contact and shunt trip accessories, and can be ordered for use in HID applications.

Thermal-Magnetic Trip: They provide both overload and short-circuit protection through a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit.
Compact Q-Line Frame: They share the Q-Line's compact design, measuring one inch per pole.
Interrupting Rating: THQB breakers typically have an interrupting rating of 10 kAIC (kiloampere interrupting capacity) at 120/240 VAC. Some models have a higher interrupting rating, such as 9/22 kA at 415 VAC or 22 kA at 220Y/240Y VAC.
Poles: They are available in 1, 2, and 3-pole configurations, suitable for both single-phase and three-phase applications.
Safety Features: They incorporate the Q-Line's quick-make/quick-break mechanisms, common trip bars, and easy-to-spot trip indication (the handle trips to the center position).
Durability and Reliability: The cases and covers are made of heat-resistant thermoset for stability and structural rigidity. EECO OnlineCopper stabs are tin-plated for corrosion resistance and reliable connections or feature lug terminals for secure connections.
Compatibility: They are designed for use with load centers and lighting panels. They are also compatible with Type AQ and AQC panelboards.
Optional Features: THQB breakers can be ordered with auxiliary contacts and shunt trip accessories. Some models are suitable for HID (High Intensity Discharge) applications.
Certifications: They are ANSI certified, UL listed, and CSA certified, meeting relevant safety and performance standards. They may also be HACR rated for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration applications.
