Inside Sales SDR (Sales Development Representative)
As an Inbound Sales Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by effectively managing inbound leads and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring their inquiries are promptly addressed and their needs are met. The primary goal of this role is to take inbound calls and chats, nurture leads, convert them into valuable customers, and collaborate closely with our Corporate Account Managers (CAM) to maximize sales opportunities.
